Who cleans my home?

We send the same maid time after time because we believe this helps develop a relationship with your maid and also helps the maid learn your specific needs. Each and every one of our professional cleaners are thoroughly trained in respect to each cleaning task and have each successfully completed all of the necessary safety training involved. Also, each team member has gone through a background check and has been drug screened.

Do I have to be home while you are cleaning? 

No you do not, it’s absolutely your choice. In fact the majority of our customers are at work themselves, and nothing feels better than to come home from work to a clean house.

What if a maid is injured in my home?

Since we are a legitimate cleaning service all of our employees are covered under our workers’ compensation insurance.

Are your employees bonded and insured?

Yes. Our employees are fully covered under our insurance and each maid is bonded.

Will I be stuck under a contract in order to use your service? 

Absolutely not. We believe in the quality of our work and stand behind it. So therefore our clients will always be pleased with our services, and when that’s the case there is no reason to bind someone to a contract.

Do I need to supply anything? 

No. Custom Maid will provide all supplies and equipment needed. However if you have a favorite product you would like to supply us with we will gladly use it.

What if something is missed or not cleaned to my satisfaction? 

We offer a 24-hour guarantee. If there is something we’ve missed or not to your satisfaction, contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning, and we will come back and correct the problem at no charge.

How do I pay for services? 

Simply leave a check in the sealed envelope marked Custom Maid on the kitchen counter, or we accept Visa/Master Card/Discover. Also, you have the option to pay over the phone or through your Client Portal with your credit card or checking account.

Do you do one time cleanings? 

Yes we do. Just contact us to set one up.

How do I arrange for service to start? 

Contact us and we will set up a free in-home estimate. At this time our representative will walk though each area of your home and explain the tasks that are normally completed. During the walk through we will note your specific requirements so we can tailor a package to fit your needs. When we finish the walk through we will provide you with a written estimate and answer any questions you may have.
