Weekly, Bi-weekly, and Monthly Cleanings Include:
- Lightly dust blinds throughout the house (room-by-room process)
- Dust all ceiling fans throughout house
- Wipe window sills throughout house
- Remove cobwebs along ceilings and in corners throughout the house
- Dust light fixtures throughout house
- Dust pictures and other wall décor (does not include artificial plants)
- Wipe down switch plate covers, thermostats, door handles throughout the house
- Clean entry way glass doors inside & out
- Clean the inside/outside of patio doors (animal restrictions apply)
- Dust furniture (some restrictions apply to items containing valuable collectibles, china, etc.)
- Empty trash cans, replacing with new liners throughout house and taking trash to outside bin
- Vacuum all carpeted floors including edges around baseboards
- Sweep/vacuum and steam/dry mop all hard floors where applicable with appropriate cleaners
- Clean kitchen: wiping cabinets (outside-limited); counter-tops; kitchen appliances (outside) including stoves/ovens, dishwashers, microwaves (inside and out), refrigerators (inside of refrigerators extra), and vent-a-hoods, sink & faucets, backsplashes, countertop appliances
- Clean bathrooms: clean countertops; clean and sanitize sinks, faucets, showers, tubs, tub surrounds and inserts; clean toilet (top of tank to base), wipe down paper holders and towel racks, clean all mirrors
- Clean laundry rooms: countertops, sinks, outside and top of washer/dryer
- Clean office: dusting desks, computer, printer, bookshelves, and cabinets (books, CD’s, DVD’s, VHS, large stacks of papers, etc. WILL NOT BE MOVED)
